PGI premium film substrates have numerous applications
in the Hygiene,Medical,Cleanroom and Industrial market
segments. Premium film offers lint-free,liquid and vapor
permeable substrates that are stable to standard material
sterilizing techniques.
PGI premium film is a unique material created with PGI's
proprietary technology. Manufacturing flexibility enables
PGI to customize basis weight,aperture size and shape,and
degree of embossing for a particular end use. The customer
designs the aperture size, shape, texture and open area
for their specific application, allowing for unique product
recognition in the marketplace. PGI can also custom compound
resin blends to meet performance requirements. Examples
of current performance improving additives include internal
wetting agents,skin wellness agents and anti-microbial
additives. Colorful film is available for your choice.
Standard premium film substrates have undergone extensive
product safety testing(MSDS) and are approved for use
in hygiene and medical applications.
